Vendor Stand

Traditionally National Orchid Shows was the source to get some great orchids which are rare at nurseries. In 2024 we are opening the doors to all things botanical. If you sell plants (specialist, or not), pots, or gardening equipment/furniture, you are welcome to be a vendor. If you are an artist that paints flowers and plants (or even land/seascapes which feature plants) or maybe you are an floral artist with all the tools to make splendid floral creations, we would like to have you join us.

 We will be offering 3m x 3m vending stands, which can be shared or if you want joined together. Space is limited, so hurry and book your stand.

Vendors will receive:

• A demarcated stand of 3m x 3m (or multiple adjoining stands if more than 1 is purchased).
• 2x Free show entrance armbands for Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Set up can be from Wednesday 25^th September – Thursday 26^thSeptember 2024
• Break down will be after 15:00 on Sunday 29^thSeptember 2024
• The gates to the showground will be open to vendors 90 – 30 mins before and 30 - 90 mins after the public admission times for restocking purposes.
• Vendors may only retail botanical related items. For example, plants, flowers, or flower/plant/garden related hardware. This would include botanic paintings/photos/etc. A description of goods must be included in the notes pane in the cart. If in doubt, use the contact us link to check with the committee.
• The grounds will be locked at 18:30 each evening to 07:30 the following morning. We will have security patrolling at night.

Your 2 free show entrance tickets per day and a map of the position of your stand will be available at the show office from Wednesday 25^th September to Thursday 26^th September 2024.

• The stands are sized to accommodate a standard 3x3m gazebo.  September in KZN can be hot or rainy – the committee would strongly recommend that vendors bring a gazebo for protection from the elements during the three-day show.
